Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your appointment MORE THAN 24 HOURS from your appointment date, your deposit will not be refunded as it is NON- REFUNDABLE. If cancellation is done within the 24 hours the deposit can be applied to future appointment which must be made 30 days after your initial appointment. If cancellation is not within the 24 hour mark you must schedule a new appointment as well as pay another deposit. PLEASE READ Keep in mind if you are 10 mins late there will be a $20 fee, after 15 mins your appointment will be cancelled and you forfeit your non-refundable deposit. Please be respectful of my time as well as the other clients with scheduled appointments.
